Israel Herrera, Co-Founder of The MI Herrera Group. Israel is a retired Army Veteran Broker’s Associate with EXP in the state of Florida. He entered the world of real estate investments back in September 2014, in a NJ Parking Lot and has pushed forward since then. Never in his wildest dreams would he think this day would change his family's life.
 
Israel and his wife purchased their very first investment property for $3,500.00 in Camden, New Jersey. If you know anything about Camden, you know it’s one of the most dangerous cities in the US. Back in 2014, $3,500.00 was a big deal, especially when a military check will only take you so far. Israel purchased this property online, sight unseen and wished for the best.
 
To this day, Israel has flip more than 260 homes between NJ and FL.
